Most people think that the answer here is – ‘abs’. If that’s you, you’re only 30% there. Just like the core of an apple, our core is our centre. Muscles that compose our front, back middle and sides.

A strong core helps with posture, balance, stability and an overall increase in strength.

A weak core can bring on lower back pain, poor posture, muscle weakness and injury.
