How long will it take to see results?

This will vary depending on the individual and a number of hours you practise each week. A big factor contributing to this too is the dreaded diet. A physically average active person doing 2-3 hours (of both Pilates and other forms of exercise) per week should see some results within 10-12 classes. I have been doing mat Pilates for over 4 years now and have never seen a dramatic change in my body over a day or a week. This takes time, persistence, and a healthy balanced diet.
